Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Perinatal Sonographer to join a dynamic MFM practice. This role involves performing a variety of advanced ultrasound examinations for high-risk pregnancies, collaborating closely with MFM specialists, and providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about working in a high-acuity obstetric environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations, including:
3D/4D imaging
Cervical length assessments
Biophysical profiles (BPPs)
Umbilical artery and other Doppler studies
Work collaboratively with MFM specialists to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic imaging
Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and comfort
Assist with protocol development and quality improvement initiatives as needed
Document findings accurately and communicate results effectively to the clinical team
Qualifications
ARDMS-certified (OB/GYN required; Maternal-Fetal Medicine experience a strong plus)
Minimum of [X] years of experience in OB/perinatal ultrasound, preferably in high-risk settings
Strong 3D/4D imaging and Doppler skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to clinical excellence
