Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Engage healthcare professionals through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Educate providers and staff on disease states and identify potential patients. Qualify leads and follow up on claims-based alerts. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Communicate disease state education, access information, PEF (Patient Enrollment Form) guidance, and sample request procedures. Coordinate follow-up appointments for field teams. What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required. 2+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience with proven success. Experience in virtual/inside sales, including educational sessions with HCPs. Strong CRM skills and ability to exceed sales and engagement metrics. Self‑motivated, organized, and compliance‑focused. Why Syneos Health?
