Nurse Practitioner physician employment in Oregon : Central City Concern (CCC) is seeking an Associate Medical Director of Primary Care for two patient-centered clinics in Portland, Oregon. You'll be doing meaningful work at a nonprofit agency while leading an amazing team of clinicians and staff who are deeply committed to CCCs mission to end homelessness. The role will be 50% focused on leadership of Primary Care services across CCS's Old Town Clinic, and 50% focused on clinical work within this location. This is an opportunity to serve as a leader of teams within a nationally recognized model of integrated Health Services, Housing and Employment. Full-time; Monday to Friday schedule

Role is split evenly between leadership responsibilities and clinical duties

Lead an outstanding team of clinicians and staff who are deeply committed to CCCs Mission to End Homelessness

Outpatient care only

Guaranteed salary and generous incentive

Open to Physician (MD&DO), Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant

Minimum 4 years of practicing experience, preferably in an FQHC setting

1 year of leadership exp required

Where Youll Work Central City Concerns Old Town Clinic offers quality health care to all on a sliding fee scale in the heart of Portland, Oregons Chinatown neighborhood. Clinicians provide both primary and naturopathic care, perform preventive exams, treat injuries, perform minor procedures, and provide and coordinate mental health and addiction treatment. Old Town Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is recognized as a 5-star Patient-Centered Medical Home.
