We’re looking for an Outside Sales Consultant who combines strong business acumen with a genuine desire to help healthcare providers thrive. Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and secure new client partnerships across the healthcare sector. Deliver consultative sales presentations that align solutions with each practice’s unique challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and consistently meet performance goals. Represent the company with professionalism and credibility in every interaction. Sales & Business Development Skills

Proven ability to generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities Strong understanding of B2B healthcare sales and the provider decision-making process Experience presenting service-based solutions to physicians, practice managers, and administrators Consultative sales approach focused on identifying client pain points and creating tailored solutions Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and strategic follow-up Industry Knowledge

Familiarity with medical billing, coding, collections, and revenue cycle management (RCM) Understanding of common pain points in healthcare finance, such as claim denials, compliance issues, and delayed reimbursements Knowledge of payer networks, insurance processes, and compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS, etc.) Communication & Presentation Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and product demonstration ability (virtual and in-person) Confident discussing ROI, revenue impact, and service value with high-level decision-makers Technical & Administrative Skills

Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and meet performance metrics Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking prospects and follow-ups Personal Attributes

Self-motivated and goal-driven with a hunter mentality Professional, polished, and confident demeanor Comfortable working independently and remotely Passionate about helping healthcare providers improve operational and financial performance Requirements
