Job Description Looking to join an amazing team while changing lives at the same time? We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative / Outside Sales in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Leading staffing company is looking to hire someone who is motivated not only by making money, but also by helping people find meaningful employment. This person will sell staffing services to construction, hospitality and light industrial industries. Previous experience in outside sales is not required. Willing to train the right person. This is not an 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm job. Must be able to attend after hour networking events and take calls from clients nights and weekends. Base Salary + Monthly Commission, benefits. Looking for a team player who is self motivated and works well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Clean background and drug test required. DRUG FREE WORKPLACE.

Optimize new business development opportunities
Bringing in new business through leads
Generating highly qualified leads that produce new sales opportunities
Identify new sales opportunities and create a business pipeline
Identify new business opportunities, build relationships and a strong sales pipeline with potential customers
Obtain new business to business customers and develop potential new product lines increasing business with new accounts
Prospecting for new business opportunities
Perform cold-calling to qualify and develop sales leads
Seek new business opportunities by responding to sales leads from various sources
