4+ years of litigation experience in Oregon, first chair trial experience a major plus
General litigation; commercial litigation, real estate disputes, commercial construction defect, employment and labor litigation, municipal litigation, fiduciary services, creditors' rights, land use litigation
Strong legal research, analytical and problem‑solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline‑driven, fast‑paced environment
Strong writing skills; interested candidates should apply with a writing sample
Optimistic, driven, outgoing, and values teamwork
Admitted to practice law in Oregon, Washington experience a major plus
