Director, Planning Allocation & Master Data Governance
you’ll collaborate with our end‑to‑end planning, operations, co‑manufacturers, finance and procurement teams to optimize the performance of our planning systems.
What You’ll Do For Us
Provide strategic leadership for the COE focusing on uniformed and controlled allocation of constrained products across ALL brand packages and routes to market.
Design, implement, and maintain a robust enterprise‑wide master data governance framework, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with supply chain, finance, operations, and IT teams to establish and maintain planning parameters and allocation strategies.
Develop and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle for master data (creation, maintenance, and retirement).
Drive the implementation and adoption of advanced technologies, including AI, machine learning, and automation, to improve data quality and decision‑making processes.
Partner with key stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical models that measure the impact of master data, planning parameters, and allocation strategies on business performance.
Lead training initiatives to build organizational competency in effectively managing master data and applying supply chain planning parameters.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement across the supply chain and other business functions.
Drive proactive problem resolution related to data quality, system integration, and process inefficiencies.
Monitor and manage the performance of direct reports and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with COE objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Supply Planning or related field.
5 or more years of relevant experience; 10 or more years preferred.
Strong working knowledge of SAP P40 and the planning parameters that drive the planning process.
Experience in operations and manufacturing, preferably in food manufacturing.
Basic understanding of inbound materials management, detailed production planning, material handling, impact of stock levels on working capital, trade‑offs within supply chain.
Ability to conduct complex communication in multiple “languages” into various levels of all business functions.
Demonstrated experience with assembling proactive contingency plans, scenarios, and optimized supply network plans that balance service and cost.
Experience working with Warehouse‑Managed Systems.
Requires experience managing people and budgets.
Working knowledge of specific supply chain capabilities, strategies, and interdependencies.
Working knowledge of basic elements of Good Manufacturing Practices in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced knowledge of demand forecasting and supply chain planning.
Working knowledge of supply chain purchasing and procurement.
Advanced project management skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability with cross‑functional teams and direct reports.

Pay Range: $137,000 – $161,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive: 30% of reference value.
