Handle complex business, commercial, and real estate litigation matters, from pre‑trial through post‑trial. Provide strategic legal counsel and creative solutions to clients in litigation‑related matters. Conduct legal research, prepare motions, and draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses. Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations. Manage multiple cases, ensuring that all deadlines are met and all necessary documentation is filed in a timely manner. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and provide ongoing litigation support. Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff as needed. Skill Set
J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar. At least 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business, commercial, and real estate law. Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation matters from start to finish. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with a high degree of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues. A self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior experience handling portable business is a plus.
