Start Date: ASAP | Shifts: Day | Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p. No Call.
Patients Per Day: Average is 16
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Scope: Primary Care
State Licensure: Active Ohio State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
