We’re seeking a visionary finance leader—someone who has stood at the financial helm of a public or pre-public company and successfully driven major capital raises of $500M+. This is a chance to join a high-growth organization on the cusp of massive expansion, leading financial strategy for next-generation infrastructure powering the future of AI and technology.
What You’ll Do
Lead all financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across a fast-scaling enterprise.
Architect and execute complex capital-raising initiatives (equity, debt, strategic partnerships).
Be the lead voice with institutional investors, analysts, and strategic partners.
Guide corporate structure and capital allocation for rapid expansion.
Build and mentor a world-class finance organization (Accounting, FP&A, Compliance).
Oversee audits, tax, controls, and legal compliance for domestic and international growth.
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, M&A, and pricing for large-scale infrastructure.
Drive IPO-readiness: implement SOX compliance, streamline reporting, and manage disclosures.
Represent the company post-raise to analysts and investors with a compelling narrative of innovation and sustainability.
What You Bring
Proven success as a
CFO or senior finance executive
in a capital-intensive, fast-growth industry—such as data centers, energy, AI, or advanced tech.
Experience raising
at least $500M
in institutional or strategic capital.
Deep familiarity with public company operations—ideally including IPO or SPAC transition experience.
Strong investor-relations skills and the ability to communicate a powerful financial story.
Mastery of GAAP, FP&A, capital markets, and investment structuring.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
