Job Overview

Our client located in Smyrna, GA, is looking for a Hands on CFO. They are classified as a High growth company – $20 Million PE Owned Company located in Atlanta – but they plan to be at $60 million in the next 9‑12 months. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will drive financial strategy, provide insights into financial performance, and ensure that financial processes are aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing financial operations, and experience in preparing offer memoranda for investors. Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy: Lead the financial strategy of the organization, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and long‑term growth plans. Provide insights on profitability, operational efficiency, and financial risk management. Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to project company performance, evaluate new opportunities, and support investment decisions. Provide financial analysis for new projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. Capital Raising & Investor Relations: Potentially – the CFO will assist in the process. Create and deliver compelling pitch materials, including investor presentations and financial forecasts. Offer Memorandum Creation: Prepare detailed offer memoranda for prospective investors, including company financials, market analysis, business strategy, and potential return on investment. Ensure memoranda are clear, persuasive, and aligned with investor interests. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with industry regulations and company policies. Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and tax regulations. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management: Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. Oversee cash flow, working capital management, and capital expenditure planning. Performance Monitoring: Analyze key financial and operational metrics, developing insights that drive business performance improvement. Work with cross‑functional teams to monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with financial objectives. Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance role within the Manufacturing Industry. Education & Certification

CPA, CMA and/or MBA would be a plus, but they are not required.
