Responsibilities The Senior Product Analyst or Product Specialist will support in monitoring and evolving business strategies based on structured and consistent analysis. This role requires a strong ability to contribute data-driven and experience-driven ideas, actively supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. The position can be located in either Wilkes-Barre, PA, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Conshohocken, PA, Parsippany, NJ or Atlanta GA.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex internal and external data to shape product strategy. Quantify and monitor their impact on growth and profitability across all Small Commercial Lines of Businesses.
Effectively manage analytical projects of high complexity using available tools and data systems to identify and solve business issues and present findings to Line of Business and Senior leaders.
Support the design, development and implementation of system and process solutions that align with business strategy.
Conduct competitor intelligence research to evaluate business strategies.
Understand predictive modeling and other quantitative concepts and serve as a resource to others interpreting these concepts for business applications.
Document, maintain, and version control underwriting guidelines, strategies and enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Economics).
3+ years of experience in product analytics, pricing, or actuarial roles within P&C insurance, with specific experience in small commercial lines.
Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent communication skills with ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must be comfortable and proficient working in a matrixed environment, with stakeholders at various levels and in various departments.
Salary Range $65,000-$120,000.00 USD
The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
