Location: Remote – work from home, can live anywhere in the United States.

About The Role We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven

Manager, Strategic Financial Planning & Investments

to support key financial initiatives across the enterprise. In this remote role, you’ll contribute to financial modeling, capital planning, and business case development in support of high-impact projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong financial background to help drive data‑informed decisions and operational efficiency at CVS/Aetna.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis: support development of financial models and strategic frameworks that inform clinical services initiatives and enterprise planning. Participate in preparation and analysis of multi‑year capital plans.

Investment & Capital Planning: assist in coordinating the capital investment planning process across the organization. Partner with Finance and business leaders to ensure investments align with enterprise priorities.

Portfolio Support & Performance Tracking: help manage the investment portfolio by contributing to governance processes, compiling performance data, and supporting regular reporting on project status and outcomes.

Business Case Development: contribute to preparation of business cases and cost‑benefit analyses for new initiatives. Support value realization by tracking and reporting financial and operational outcomes.

Collaboration & Communication: collaborate across cross‑functional teams and serve as liaison between business stakeholders, finance, and strategy teams. Present data and insights in a clear, structured manner to support decision‑making.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial planning, strategic analysis, business consulting, or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate into actionable insights.

Experience supporting enterprise‑wide projects and cross‑functional teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and self‑motivated with attention to detail.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus, but not required.
