Job Description: The Corporate Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for the US entities and other related global entities’ accounting, budgeting, financial forecasting, tax, and accounting related US/EU business license supports. This role requires a can-do attitude, a hands-on working style, and strong accounting and tax technical skills that can ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and international tax regulations, supporting with license applications, and various financial accounts setup. Key Responsibilities:

Managing the month-end close process of the US entities, including revenue and cost recognition, reconciliation, investment, and inter-company cost sharing and AP/AR, leases, and accruals etc. New account opening process including bank accounts, crypto accounts, OTC accounts and so on. Optimize payment and receiving process, establish budget management, and cost analysis to improve operational efficiencies. Maintain internal cash reconciliation and payment review. Managing foreign subsidiaries including EU and offshore entities, bank and crypto accounts. Familiar with digital asset related tax and regulations, such as 1099 DA filings. Manage the preparation and review of federal, state, local, and international tax returns. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax forms and payments. Oversee the maintenance of tax records and support audits by tax authorities. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Provide guidance on the tax implications of business decisions and transactions. Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure the company’s compliance and optimization. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agencies on tax-related matters. Collaborate with legal, and other departments on tax-related matters or crypto license related matters. Provide tax-related advice and training to internal stakeholders. Ad hoc task Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Taxation, or Finance (master’s degree of tax or CPA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax, including public accounting or industry experience. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, federal, state, local, and international tax laws and regulations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
