Employer : Our client (high-growth last-mile delivery company)

Location : Remote-first; must live near one of the client’s hub markets for regular on-site visits

Type : Full-time | Function : Product | Level : Junior / Early Career

About Our Client Our client is building a modern, end-to-end logistics platform that makes shopping, shipping, and returns seamless. With next‑gen tech and a vertically integrated network, they turn delivery into an extension of the brand—driving loyalty and lifetime value for leading ecommerce companies.

The Opportunity As a Junior Product Manager focused on driver success & delivery quality, you’ll help craft and execute the roadmap for tools that power the driver lifecycle—from onboarding and warehouse flows to on‑road delivery features (mobile + backend). This role sits at the intersection of operations and product: perfect for someone entrepreneurial, hands‑on, and biased toward proactive communication.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Geo / Telematics, Driver Support, Marketplace, Ground Ops, and Client Success to ship features that improve delivery outcomes, reduce exceptions, and make drivers’ work simpler and faster.

What You’ll Do Support the Roadmap : Help translate business goals into clear product priorities for driver and delivery quality initiatives.

Write Crisp Specs : Draft PRDs / user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; communicate changes early and often to all stakeholders.

Own Small, High-Impact Features : Manage features end‑to‑end (discovery → launch → iteration) under guidance from a senior PM.

Be Proactively Communicative : Publish weekly updates, risks, and decisions; drive alignment across Ops, Support, and Engineering.

Stay Close to the Field : Visit local hubs, shadow warehouse and on‑road operations, and bring back actionable insights.

Instrument & Analyze : Track KPIs like on‑time delivery, exception rate, and cost per package; propose experiments and report results.

Champion the Driver Experience : Gather feedback from drivers and support teams; partner with Design to solve real pain points.

Coordinate Launches : Run UAT, draft release notes, enable internal teams, and monitor post‑launch health.

What Makes You a Great Fit

1–3 years in product, operations, business analysis, or similar role (logistics, marketplace, or mobile app experience a plus).

Entrepreneurial mindset : You take ownership, move fast with scrappy tests, and love zero‑to‑one learning.

Proactive communicator : You over‑communicate context, decisions, and timelines; you close loops.

Analytical & curious : Comfortable with dashboards / SQL / Sheets; you turn data and field insights into decisions.

User‑centric : Empathy for drivers and recipients; you care about simple, reliable workflows.

Organized operator : You manage multiple threads under tight deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned.
