as a software engineer responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications to support our global travel services.

Base Pay Range $112,000.00/yr – $156,500.00/yr

Potential to earn up to $179,000.00 based on performance.

Responsibilities

Support a diverse partner group in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, and support.

Craft, develop, and debug components of existing SFDC applications and supporting technologies.

Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs.

Participate in daily stand‑ups and provide updates to maintain visibility within the group and across business partners.

Take part in architecture and design discussions to promote consistency in development methodologies.

Provide mentorship to junior team members and champion scalable solutions.

Participate in peer code reviews to drive quality across the platform and provide technical insight to daily support issues.

Experience and Qualifications

3+ years development experience with Salesforce.com and handling Salesforce Governor Limits.

Experience with LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, SOSL.

Proficiency in object‑oriented programming.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture.

Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Ability to communicate at all organizational levels.

Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Python, Java, and AWS skills are a plus.
