What We’re Looking For We seek an experienced, dedicated ER DVM to join our emergency team. The ideal candidate will:
Have completed a small animal rotating internship (or equivalent) or have minimum 2+ years of ER experience
Be confident in stabilization, diagnostics, emergency medicine, and critical case management
Work collaboratively with specialists across internal medicine, radiology, oncology, neurology, etc.
Provide excellent communication with clients and referring veterinarians
Demonstrate strong decision‑making, composure under pressure, and compassion for patients
