The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as an advisor to the Regional Director and Northeast leadership team, working to align people strategies with business objectives. This position works with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support talent, learning, and rewards programs, while encouraging employee engagement and development. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the preferred location being within commuting distance to Newark and / or Hamilton, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership
Act as a strategic thought partner to the Regional Director, providing insights and guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
Translate business goals into HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience
Influence and coach leaders to drive change, improve team dynamics, and build leadership capability
Talent & Organizational Development
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards COEs to implement programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Support succession planning, leadership development, and performance management processes.
Champion initiatives that promote a workplace of culture and belonging
Employee Engagement & Culture
Monitor and enhance employee engagement through targeted interventions and feedback mechanisms.
Facilitate organizational change and communication strategies that reinforce company values and culture.
Address employee relations matters with a balanced approach to resolution and risk mitigation.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Leverage HR analytics and business metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
Identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve workforce performance and experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Experience partnering with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Compensation The approximate compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
