Job Title Information Security Analyst (Contingent Resource)

Location Charlotte, NC

About the Role As a contingent Information Security Analyst, you will support moderately complex initiatives and contribute to the planning and execution of deliverables within the Information Security domain. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze challenges, implement solutions, and ensure compliance with security policies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on moderately complex security initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning efforts.

Analyze and resolve security challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors.

Consult with internal stakeholders to meet deliverables and ensure alignment with security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Partner with client personnel to support Information Security Analysis activities.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for security solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.

Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Familiarity with authentication standards including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and SCIM.

Understanding of security compliance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, SOX, and PCI.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various levels of leadership.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to timely response and resolution.

Proficiency in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Project).

Knowledge of application security architecture and best practices.
