Summary / Objective The Deployment Manager plays a critical role in delivering Compu Dynamics next-generation AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure solutions. This position oversees the mechanical deployment and field integration of advanced cooling systems including liquid cooling, CDU skids, fan walls, and other mission-critical components across data center environments. Acting as the key liaison between OEM partners, internal project teams, and field operations, the Deployment Manager ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

1. Mechanical Deployment & Field Execution
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical deployment activities for AI and HPC infrastructure projects across multiple regions.
Oversee installation and integration of liquid cooling systems, CDU skids, fan walls, and other mechanical components.
Partner closely with OEMs to ensure proper system delivery, handling, and field readiness.
Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with design intent, installation standards, and manufacturer requirements.
2. Project Coordination & Client Interface
Serve as the primary deployment point of contact for clients, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the installation and commissioning phases.
Collaborate with project management, engineering, and integration teams to align deployment plans with project milestones and site readiness.
Support project scheduling, sequencing, and resource allocation to drive on‑time delivery.
3. Commissioning & Startup Support
Coordinate and support system commissioning, testing, and startup activities to ensure performance aligns with project specifications and operational goals.
Troubleshoot deployment or integration issues in the field and partner with internal and external teams to resolve them quickly.
Provide technical feedback to engineering and product teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
4. Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
Champion Compu Dynamics safety culture by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring all deployment activities comply with OSHA, site, and client requirements.
Oversee quality assurance processes in the field, including inspection, verification, and documentation of work performed.
Identify opportunities to streamline deployment workflows and enhance standard operating procedures as the AI & HPC division scales.

Work Environment This position involves frequent travel to data center construction and deployment sites, often requiring coordination across multiple regions. Work is performed in both office and field environments, with regular interaction across internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Travel This position requires regional and national travel up to 70% of the time on average, including occasional travel with limited notice.
Position Type This is a full‑time, exempt position. Hours may vary depending on customer needs and project requirements.
Required Education and Experience
812+ years of experience in mechanical deployment, field installation, or construction management in mission‑critical or data center environments
Experience with liquid cooling, CDU skids, fan walls, or other HPC mechanical infrastructure strongly preferred
Background working directly with OEMs and coordinating complex field deployments
OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification preferred
PMP or similar project certification a plus
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with site inspections and equipment deployment.
Ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed to support deployment activities.

Compu Dynamics Pay Range $110,000 — $150,000 USD
