Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of AML, Sanctions and OFAC compliance programs

Oversee KYC, transaction monitoring, screening, and QA/testing functions

Manage SAR reporting and law enforcement requests (e.g., 314(a))

Own AML systems and model validation processes

Conduct enterprise-wide AML/OFAC risk assessments

Serve as primary contact for internal/external audits and regulatory exams

Administer firmwide BSA/OFAC training programs

Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance frameworks accordingly

Qualifications This role is ideal for a seasoned compliance leader with 10+ years of deep technical and regulatory expertise in financial crimes prevention. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory alignment, and foster a strong culture of compliance across the firm.

Pay and Benefits Pay range:

$200,000.00 - $230,000.00

per year.
