As a Construction WWTP Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for project management methodology on Heavy Civil WWTP/Pump Station projects. Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr What you’ll do
Budget development Managing cost and "Work In Progress" projections Managing job site supervisory personnel Planning and scheduling the project Developing and maintaining owner relations Negotiating and purchasing materials Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations Managing overall project costs Overseeing labor projections Contract negotiation and administration Qualifications
7+ years’ experience with Pump Stations, Treatment Plants and Public Works 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Additional self-perform experience (preferred)
Process Mechanical/Process Piping Concrete structures Roadways, wet/dry utilities, drainage, structures, site work About the role and benefits
