North America Regional Marketing Manager About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven North America Regional Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth, market visibility, and customer engagement across EMEA core markets. This role is critical in scaling emnify's market presence, building strong demand generation programs, customer expansion, and aligning regional execution with global marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on marketer with deep experience in B2B SaaS, cloud connectivity, or cybersecurity/telecom, who can balance strategic planning with tactical execution. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Global Marketing to ensure the NAMER region achieves ambitious growth targets. We’re looking for a marketer who is not only regionally savvy but also passionate about leveraging AI and cutting‑edge tools to push the boundaries of marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the regional marketing plan aligned with global strategy, NAMER sales objectives, and ARR growth targe

Execute integrated campaigns tailored to NAMER, leveraging ABX, digital marketing, events, and partner progra

Ensure effective localization of global messaging and content for cultural and regulatory nuanc

Drive measurable pipeline contribution through targeted demand generation, field marketing, and ABX initiativ

Manage regional campaigns across multiple channels (digital, webinars, events, content syndication, paid medi

Partner with Sales Development, Account Executives and Customer Success to optimize lead flow, conversion, and R

Plan and deliver regional events (such as trade shows, industry conferences, executive roundtables, partner event

Build thought leadership opportunities for emnify in the NAMER mark

Support & drive customer advocacy programs, including NAMER case studies and speaking engagemen

Own reporting for NAMER marketing performance (pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, spend efficienc

Use data‑driven insights to refine campaigns, optimize spend, and increase pipeline veloci

Track regional market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs to adapt go‑to‑market strate

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, telecom, cybersecurity, or cl

Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and executing integrated marketing programs across NA

Strong knowledge of ABM/ABX and field marketing best practi

Experience running events, webinars, and executive programs at sc

Basic familiarity with regional compliance and data privacy regulati

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment ski

Demonstrated experience with or strong enthusiasm for incorporating AI and automation into marketing (e.g., using tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, Drift, Mutiny, 6sense, or Salesforce Einstei
