Senior Project Manager – PMO Center of Excellence (Pharma/Biotech). This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a PMO Center of Excellence. The Senior Project Manager will drive measurable outcomes through disciplined governance, proactive risk management, and clear stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities
Lead project governance, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and strategic objectives. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across teams and vendors. Drive workstream execution, ensuring accountability, quality, and timely delivery. Provide accurate, transparent, and timely status reporting to sponsors and leadership. Lead change management, communications, and adoption planning to support business outcomes. Anticipate challenges, remove roadblocks, and escalate effectively when required. Qualifications
8+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects in pharma/biotech or highly regulated environments. Strong executive presence with demonstrated skill in status reporting and leadership communication. Proven experience managing vendor/consulting partners in enterprise programs. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall). Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project Online; experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or PPM tools preferred. Certifications: PMP and Agile (CSM/PSM). Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and drive execution in fast-paced environments. Join Our Team at Atlas
