Role Overview As Vice President, the Strategy & Transformation Program Manager will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional change initiatives across the Global Trade Desk, with a primary focus on Markets businesses including secondary markets and sales & trading. This role involves translating strategic objectives into actionable programs, coordinating delivery across multiple business units, and ensuring outcomes are aligned with long-term business goals. Success in this role requires a strong foundation in program management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement across global financial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of transformation programs or portfolios-from strategic planning and design through execution and post-implementation review.

Partner with senior leaders across Markets and supporting functions to define business goals, agree on target operating models, and assign ownership.

Align stakeholders across front office, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and technology to ensure coordinated execution and accountability.

Track progress across workstreams, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and resolve issues to maintain momentum and delivery quality.

Assess program outcomes to ensure completeness, sustainability, and alignment with strategic priorities.

Contribute to the development of business strategies that support growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Deliver clear, concise reporting and insights to senior management and governance bodies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or program management within a global financial institution.

Strong understanding of Markets businesses, particularly sales & trading and trade lifecycle operations.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.

Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or other transformation frameworks.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
