Help Desk Support Engineer II
Location: Onsite – Boulevard, Boston, MA 02210
Duration: 3 Months (Chance for Extension or Conversion to Permanent)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $33 per Hour on Experis W2
Our client is seeking a Support Engineer II to provide technical support and assistance to internal users in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows, Mac, and/or Linux systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

2+ years supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux in a corporate environment
2+ years of experience in a Helpdesk or Desk-side Support role
Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in a Helpdesk or Desk-side Support environment
Experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows and Mac OS environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong commitment to quality, organization, and multi-tasking
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Microsoft Certifications (MCSE, MCITP – Systems Administrator)
Advanced Linux systems administration skills
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex IT systems
Ability to communicate and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
ITIL Foundation Certification
