Oversee all phases of electrical projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with other project managers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure alignment and progress. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address issues. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks. Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and standards. Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers. Ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically managing large-scale, ground-up, new construction projects. Proven experience with data center projects is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software. PMP certification is preferred but not required.
