Estate Planning Attorney (Chicago)
I am currently working with a highly regarded
AM LAW ranked firm , who is actively looking to hire a
estate planning attorney
to join their practice group in
Chicago .
Responsibilities
You will work closely with Partners across the firm's practice group on a broad range of sophisticated transactions.
You will focus on tax and wealth planning for high-net worth individuals and families.
Research tax issues associated with various types of transactions including disclosures, gifts, bequests, lifetime gifts and income tax consequences.
Qualifications & Requirements
JD achieved at an accredited law school.
Minimum of 4 years of private client experience.
Strong academics.
Licensed to practice in Illinois.
Strong writing and case management skills.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, wellness plans, and a 401k plan.
Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
Partnership track.
Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.
Anticipated Base Pay range (dependent on experience): $230k-$300k per annum
