About the role As a MarTech Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by collecting and defining business requirements and project scope for MarTech applications sourced from Adobe products. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with technical resources, stakeholders, and clients.
In this role, you will:
Collect and define business requirements and project scope for MarTech applications sourced from Adobe products, ensuring required stakeholders provide input.
Collaborate with technical resources to ensure solutions meet business needs and translate business requirements for technical teams and vice versa.
Translate business requirements into technical options, including any trade-offs, and communicate these to business stakeholders.
Define product vision and strategy, conduct market research, define product roadmap, prioritize features, manage product backlog, and define and monitor KPIs.
Gather requirements from IT and Marketing teams to support application and data team development of new functionality.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Atlanta, GA. What you must have to be considered
7+ years in consulting, business analysis, or other functional role related to technology development in the MarTech space, preferably for large CPG companies
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
Experience in writing functional requirements for data and application teams
Experience with Adobe products like AJO, AEM, Analytics, Campaign, etc.
Experience in client communications and relationship management
These will help you succeed
Exceptional communication skills, especially in managing expectations and trade-offs for different project initiatives with limited capacity
Experience working with cross-functional development teams (i.e., data and front end) to coordinate project plans and priorities across a large team
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering teams
Business acumen to align product goals with company strategy
Project management experience
Experience in large CPG company MarTech solutions (recommended)

Compensation
$100,000-$130,000
This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
