Overview The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s global finance function by delivering timely insights, actionable analytics, and forward‑looking recommendations. The group partners closely with business and investment leaders across all divisions to help drive strategic decisions, manage performance, and optimize resource allocation.
The Director of FP&A will lead firmwide revenue forecasting, monetization modeling, and deployment planning. Reporting to the Head of Firm Reporting & Revenue Planning, this position is highly visible within the organization and offers direct exposure to senior leadership across finance, investments, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee global revenue planning and forecasting, including scenario modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Partner with investment teams to evaluate monetization events, exits, and realization scenarios on a quarterly and ad hoc basis.
Provide commentary and analysis on firm and business unit performance to senior executives and department heads.
Continuously improve the forecasting and reporting infrastructure, including models, dashboards, and analytical tools.
Lead and mentor junior analysts, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and excellence in all deliverables.
Support ad hoc projects across the FP&A function, including strategic initiatives and firmwide planning processes.
Serve as a key advisor to senior finance and business leaders, delivering insights into trends, risks, and revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably within financial services or asset management.
