What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide surgical coverage and support for Pelvic Health products during procedures, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment
Educate and train healthcare professionals on product usage and therapeutic applications through various training sessions
Maintain knowledge of competitive products and proactively identify needs within new and existing accounts
Document and complete necessary paperwork related to product use and sales support, including implant registrations and invoicing
Collaborate with district personnel and contribute to regional and national project milestones
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of patient care/clinical experience; or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience; or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience
Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
Commitment to following quality procedures to ensure compliance and high-quality work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field
Clinical experience with implantable Neuromodulation products
Experience in training or servicing medical personnel on product use
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coach others
Familiarity with the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in specialties such as urology or neurology
