Job Description The Customer Protection Experience Single Sign On (SSO) team is looking for a motivated Senior Systems Analyst who will play a key role in providing a secure Single Sign On (SSO) experience for Fidelity's clients and vendors. As an analyst on our team, you will work with both internal and external partners to gather requirements, implement SSO connections, and solve complex problems. You will provide product analysis for a dynamic development team using Agile methodologies.

Team The Customer Protection Experience team is part of the Workplace Customer Protection Center of Excellence (CoE) and supports protecting thousands of employers and millions of participants. The team develops Single Sign On, B2B Security and Authorization infrastructure software components that are the backbone for many of Fidelity’s web business applications including NetBenefits, PlanSponsor WebStation, and FocusPoint.

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, technology preferred, with 3-5 years’ experience in a professional environment.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to work with both technical and business partners, and effective in written and verbal communications and are dedicated to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.).

Ability to collaborate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders and communicate technical information in clear, business‑friendly terms.

Experience in troubleshooting issues by analyzing system logs, HTTP traces, database queries, etc.

Prior experience working in an Agile environment preferred but not required. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence a bonus.

Understanding of Single Sign On, SAML 2.0, or OIDC is a bonus.

Experience with Application logs or Splunk Logs is a bonus.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.
