Risk SME / Project Manager
level candidates with strong expertise in
ServiceNow IRM (GRC)
and financial services risk management for our fast‑growing
Banking & Financial Services Risk & Regulatory Compliance Consulting Practice
in the U.S. This role will lead a strategic engagement to support a bank’s
migration from RSA Archer to ServiceNow IRM , including design and implementation of risk management taxonomies, processes, RCSA, reporting, and controls management. Candidates with experience in
other GRC platform migrations
(e.g., IBM OpenPages to ServiceNow IRM) are highly desirable.

Overall Requirements
Strong expertise in
ServiceNow IRM (GRC) platform , with practical experience in
platform migrations and implementations .
Deep knowledge of
risk management frameworks ,
risk taxonomies , and
RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment)
processes.
Proven experience in
GRC platform migration projects
(e.g., RSA Archer → ServiceNow IRM, IBM OpenPages → ServiceNow).
Familiarity with
governance, risk, and compliance processes
and integration with regulatory reporting requirements.
Ability to conduct
data migration, process mapping, and gap analysis
across GRC platforms.
Hands‑on experience in
risk reporting, controls mapping, and dashboard design
within ServiceNow IRM.
End-to-end project lifecycle experience: assessment, design, migration planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and reporting.
Strong
consulting skills : client engagement, workshop facilitation, problem‑solving, solution design, and delivery oversight.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Leadership & Other Skills
Strong
program and project management capabilities
with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and migration workstreams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and
executive presentation skills .
Proven ability to
bridge business, risk, and technology functions
in complex migration programs.
Self‑starter with entrepreneurial mindset, capable of
leading client initiatives
in risk and GRC transformation.
