We are seeking an
Embedded/Firmware Engineer
to develop and maintain low-level software for autonomous vehicle platforms. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing firmware that interfaces with sensors, actuators, and control systems in complex, real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain embedded firmware for autonomous systems.
Interface with sensors, actuators, communications modules, and control systems.
Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration.
Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and real-time constraints.
Participate in testing, debugging, and verification of embedded systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Systems Engineering, or related field.
3–7+ years of embedded/firmware development experience, ideally in unmanned or autonomous systems.
Proficiency in C/C++ and embedded development environments.
Experience with RTOS, microcontrollers, and hardware-software integration.
Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with sensor integration (LiDAR, radar, cameras, GPS).
Experience with autonomous vehicle or robotics platforms.
Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, I²C).
Prior work on defense, government, or unmanned programs.
