Wellstone Regional Hospital is a 100‑bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana, providing quality health care to the residents of Southern Indiana and the Louisville area since 2003. The hospital specializes in the treatment of adolescents, children, adults, and the CD population, and offers both inpatient and outpatient programs.

The Director of Business Development oversees Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department. The Director is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care by applying marketing principles and methods. In addition, the Director participates in strategic planning, identifies potential growth opportunities, manages future projects, oversees programming and protocols, supports recruitment and retention, and collaborates with internal departments and leadership (including the CEO and Director of Admissions/Intake) to maintain a strong brand and business presence.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required. Master of Business Administration or related field highly preferred. Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting. Three years minimum experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships required; five years preferred.
