Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Serve as a key liaison between clients, creative teams, and management.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates.
Support process improvement and workflow optimization within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
