The Architect needs to be a true, trusted advisor who understands the power of meeting business objectives with cutting‑edge technical solutions. The Architect needs to understand legacy systems but is driven to create Generative AI‑driven solutions, spanning AI, Data, and Infrastructure. The Architect will work with peers to include the full stack into overall architecture. Develop new ideas, solutions, and structures; drive thought leadership even when uncomfortable to do so.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with enterprise applications teams to ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards and strategic guidance.
Develop and uphold architecture guidelines and best practices for system implementations, along with cloud data and integration initiatives.
Implement and maintain relentless automation for end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines and observability leveraging tools (Harness, Dynatrace, AWS & Azure Ecosystem) to ensure efficient software delivery and application reliability.
Architect a strategy to consolidate all Contact Center data using Foundry, Aurora, Redshift, DynamoDB, Databricks, Spotfire and PowerBI technologies and subsequent aggregation for reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
Assist in the design and oversee the provisioning and management of on‑premise servers, AWS cloud infrastructure, and AWS cloud cost management.
Implement and maintain compliance across all DT Tech Operations applications, conducting regular assessments, audits and translating the findings into the foundation of action plans for remediation.
Lead efforts in identifying, managing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities using the enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Provide leadership and mentorship to development and operations teams, promoting best practices in architecture and development. Continuously research and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that can benefit the organization.
Evaluate vendor solutions and assess their alignment with enterprise architecture, ensuring they meet organizational requirements and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or related field required.
Resource must be fluent in English and have excellent writing/presentation skills.
Must be located in the Chicago area and willing to work in the office three days a week.
8–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in managing complex enterprise applications and infrastructure.
In‑depth experience with at least one category (maintenance repair and overhaul or supply chain or engineering configuration or compliance or related field). System experience with at least one category (EPR or MRO).
Cloud and On‑Premises Infrastructure
Expertise in on‑premises server provisioning, with a focus on hybrid cloud environments.
DevOps and CI/CD: strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and observability tools (Harness, Dynatrace).
PCI compliance: proven experience in implementing and maintaining PCI compliance for enterprise applications.
Security and vulnerability management: solid understanding of security best practices, including vulnerability management and mitigation.
Data management: proficient in data architecture, governance, and security, with experience in both relational and non‑relational databases.
Experience with Java and .NET.
Proficient in relational and non‑relational databases, data governance, and data integration strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
An architect who is accountable for their portfolio and capable of being hands‑on technically proficient in driving and coaching for a better result.
Experience with future‑proofing the technical ecosystem to be AI‑capable.
Hands‑on experience with abstraction builds and complex integration bridging strategy's.
