Marketing Assistant / Specialist II
to join our consulting team supporting a large global technology client.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing campaigns from concept to completion. You’ll own outbound marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and notification channels, driving measurable impact while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in product, creative, analytics, and legal.

Annual Base Salary:
$66,000 + Full Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Manage all outbound campaigns end-to-end, including targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative execution, measurement, and reporting.
Refine campaign processes, workback schedules, and launch timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Drive performance marketing goals across outbound channels to optimize traffic, leads, and conversions.
Design and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance metrics.
Develop scalable mechanisms for campaign repeatability and efficiency, including templates and best-practice documentation.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for outbound marketing and communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in product, PR, legal, creative, and analytics to ensure alignment and compliance.
Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and present insights to internal teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3 + years of experience in a
high-tech B2B marketing
role.
Proven experience leading
email and outbound marketing campaigns
focused on traffic generation and lead acquisition.
Hands‑on experience with
A/B testing
and marketing analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Self‑starter mindset with a bias for action and strong sense of ownership.
Prior experience working with or supporting large technology companies such as
Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or Meta .
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with enterprise marketing and analytics tools (e.g., content management, campaign automation, performance dashboards).
Experience coordinating creative and legal approvals for digital campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated success operating autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
