Salary: $50,000‑$70,000

Role Overview The Social Media & Storytelling Producer is part strategist, part filmmaker, and part journalist. You will capture stories happening inside our firms and in the broader crypto policy movement. The goal is to produce powerful video and social content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and strengthens our position as a national leader.
Key Responsibilities Daily Storytelling and Content Creation
Film daily activities of attorneys, client success stories, and advocacy work.
Create content in real time, including short‑form and long‑form videos.
Turn complex tax and legal issues into content that is easy to understand.
Capture behind‑the‑scenes moments that show authenticity and build trust.
Video Production and Editing
Script, shoot, and edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
Repurpose long‑form videos into clips for multiple platforms.
Apply storytelling techniques to maximize reach and impact.
Social Media Strategy and Growth
Post daily content across all platforms with a focus on video.
Develop strong hooks, captions, and creative campaigns.
Monitor analytics and optimize content for growth and engagement.
Movement Building and Engagement
Be the digital voice of our firms and our crypto advocacy mission.
Engage directly with the online community and respond to comments.
Track industry, tax, and policy trends and create timely content.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or social media management.
Proven skills in filming and editing video (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and filming on the go.
Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X best practices.
Bonus: Knowledge of crypto, tax, or legal topics, or a strong interest in learning.
