Senior Corporate Accountant
We’re recruiting for a
Senior Corporate Accountant
who will play a critical role in the success of our finance function. You’ll manage key corporate accounting processes, from financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliations to intercompany transactions and budgeting. You’ll also partner with cross-functional teams on financial analysis and special projects, helping to shape strategic decisions and improve accounting operations.
Ideal Candidate 4+ years of accounting experience
Responsibilities:
Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial performance analysis against budget and forecasts
Prepare and manage intercompany allocations and invoices
Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, filings, and disclosures in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Calculate and oversee stock-based compensation and related intercompany allocations
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting efficiency
Assist with technical accounting projects, including implementation of new standards and compliance initiatives
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies
Support internal and external audits by providing clear documentation and process walkthroughs
Contribute to special projects such as financial analyses, system upgrades, acquisitions, and cross‑functional collaboration with FP&A, Treasury, and Investor Relations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of accounting experience, preferably within large, multinational, or publicly traded companies
Strong general ledger and financial reporting experience
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and spreadsheet management
Experience with SEC reporting and public company compliance
Proficiency with financial systems such as Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP S/4HANA, Equity Edge (E*TRADE), or other major ERP platforms
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills
