Role and Responsibilities
Lead customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital channels, coordinating across mobile, social, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate channels.
Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy, managing a multi-million-dollar budget with real-time pacing and reallocation.
Drive measurable growth through optimized ROAS, incremental revenue, and expansion into new platforms and programs.
Collaborate with product, eCommerce, creative, and agency teams to optimize traffic, the customer journey, and creative assets, maximizing conversion rates.
Own forecasting models, budget pacing, and ROI tracking; design and run incrementality, lift, and geo-experiments to validate campaign effectiveness.
Conduct cohort and funnel analyses to inform bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.
Partner with finance, agencies, and paid media teams for budget planning and fulfillment, ensuring alignment with broader media plans.
Work closely with Digital Product, Creative Services, and UX teams to optimize landing page conversion.
Skills and Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing digital performance media channels, focused on PLA, Paid Social, PMAX, and Retargeting.
Strong record of managing tactical and strategic media objectives in a digital-first organization.
5+ years managing multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced, competing priorities environment.
Executive presence and experience in technology or digital-first organizations.
Working knowledge of SEO, GEO, and their implications on paid campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
