Serve as the primary point of contact for new franchisees, establishing a supportive framework from agreement execution through their successful opening. Guide franchisees in developing and managing comprehensive business plans, budgets, and financial projections to accelerate their path to profitability. Provide proactive sales coaching and accountability, implementing strategic programs to help franchisees build and lead a successful sales team. Ensure successful center openings and ongoing adherence to brand standards, providing expert advice on operations, staffing, and product lines. Identify and support struggling centers by developing and implementing turnaround strategies in collaboration with internal teams. Travel extensively (up to 75%) to provide on-site support for new center openings, follow-up visits, and operational training. Contribute to departmental and organizational goals by developing training content, participating in company events, and building positive relationships across the network. How You Will Make a Difference

The New Center Business Consultant will be a dedicated business coach and strategic partner for our new franchisees. Your mission is to guide them from signing their agreement to running a profitable center. This hands-on role involves extensive coaching in business planning, financial management, and sales development. A Strong Candidate Will Have

Strong skills in using Google Workspace / GSuite Previous experience in a franchise support/coordinator capacity preferred Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communications Self-directed Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to meet deadlines and quality expectations Sign, print, or visual communications background preferred Training or management experience a plus Knowledgeable in social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) preferred Valid driver’s license and US passport for international travel EEO Statement

The Pay Range For This Role Is $75,000 - $80,000 USD per year
