About the Role
Alpha Hire is partnering with a dynamic boutique real estate law firm seeking a Junior Associate (2-4 years of experience) to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain hands‑on transactional experience in a collaborative environment with direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions (retail, office, industrial, and mixed‑use)
Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and closing materials
Conduct due diligence, including title/survey review, zoning analysis, and contract review
Support senior attorneys in entity formation, joint ventures, and development deals
Communicate directly with clients, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel
Manage closing checklists, escrow instructions, and post‑closing matters
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (law firm or in‑house)
Strong academic background (JD from an accredited law school; state bar admission)
Exposure to leasing, acquisitions, financing, or development (one or more areas preferred)
Detail‑oriented with excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, client‑facing role
