Remodeling Project Manager at Redeemed Building LLC
Job Overview Redeemed Building is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-driven Remodeling Project Manager to lead residential and light commercial remodeling projects from start to finish. The role involves coordinating job sites, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, and serving as the primary point of contact for team members and clients.
Compensation $50-$60+ per hour plus performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage remodeling projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Utilize project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct) to track progress, updates, and documentation
Create and implement systems for improved efficiency in the field and office
Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
Document change orders, project notes, and deliverables in a clear and organized manner
Hold crew members accountable to quality standards and schedule commitments
Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate project logistics
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or remodeling project management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar tools)
Ability to lead and hold teams accountable in a respectful, productive manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable interacting with clients and resolving issues proactively
Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
No specific licenses or certifications required
