Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC . As an Analyst on the Investment Performance & Analytics team, you will serve a critical function in advancing initiatives within the broker dealer's Advice & Wealth Management (AWM) segment, specifically those related to investment performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business units and vendors to execute projects enhancing performance data quality and front‑end experience.
Maintain intake process for all performance reporting tool questions and escalations.
Control‑related testing across performance tools to ensure cohesive testing/audit protocols.
Participate in Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) compliance verification for third‑party product composites.
Help maintain business ownership of performance reporting tools for client reporting and composite calculation.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Reporting and analysis experience in a financial services organization (broker/dealer preferred).
Knowledge of investment concepts, practices, procedures, management operations and tools.
Understanding of performance metrics, money‑weighted and time‑weighted return methodologies, risk analytics, benchmarking, and asset allocation.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively multi‑task between projects and recurring tasks.
Experience with performance measurement and portfolio accounting systems (e.g., Pershing X, First Rate, InvestCloud, Informa, Envestnet, Morningstar, FactSet).
CIPM and/or CFA designation, or progress toward it.
Understanding of GIPS and ability to apply the standards to performance calculations.

Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $74,800 – $101,000 per year, with variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions and/or long‑term incentives.
