As our Client Development Manager, you’ll lead client acquisition, expand market opportunities and build strategic partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to influence company direction and drive success. What You'll Do
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within target market sectors. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, decision-makers, and industry partners. Develop and execute tailored strategies to expand market share and diversify project opportunities. Represent Turelk at industry events, conferences, networking functions, and client engagements. Lead high-level client negotiations, proposals, and presentations. Partner with leadership to forecast business development performance and align on company growth strategies. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence. What We're Looking For
Proven track record of business development success within the construction industry. Deep knowledge of the Southern California market, including key players and emerging opportunities. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with actionable growth plans. Experience managing or coaching teams a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Why Join Turelk
