Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of liability claims involving third-party property damage (excluding auto-related losses). Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews and virtual scene inspections. Analyze policy language and legal principles to determine liability and coverage. Review repair estimates for damaged property and negotiate fair settlements. Collaborate with internal teams, defense counsel, and vendors. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications
5-7 years of experience handling liability claims with a strong focus on third-party property damage Active adjuster license (must be maintained throughout employment) Strong knowledge of P&C Claims and legal frameworks Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Proficiency in claims systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in claims, insurance, or a related field Experience in a multi-jurisdictional claims environment Ready to make a difference in claims handling?
