System Security Engineer I Do you have a passion for IT and security? We have a great opportunity for you! As a Systems Security Engineer I, you will be using your skills and expertise to design, test, and implement our secure operating systems, networks, security monitoring, and tuning. You'll be responsible for the management of our IT security systems and applications, incident response, digital forensics, loss prevention, and eDiscovery actions, conducting risk and vulnerability assessments, and developing and implementing security controls. You'll research, evaluate, and recommend new security tools, techniques, and technologies in alignment with our IT security strategy and introduce them to the enterprise.

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high‑performance ISR and aviation systems. Its end‑to‑end C4ISR capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support. Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Systems Security, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related Engineering discipline and typically 0‑2 or more years of relevant experience

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

ISSM CAP, CISSP, or CISM Certification

ISSE CAP, CISSP‑ISSEP Certification

ISSO Security+, CISA, or CASP+ Certification

MCSE, Linux, and/or CCNP Security Certification

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54

Security Clearance Requirements This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non‑U.S. Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
