Compensation Senior Manager
will provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, salary structure development, incentive plan design and administration. This analytical role operates in areas of ambiguity and strategic complexity, requiring strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
Responsibilities
Develop, design, and administer compensation programs/processes for salaried and hourly populations.
Execute the annual salary planning and incentive cycles.
Perform and oversee job evaluations of broad-based and executive positions.
Identify, design, and implement policies and procedures to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and fiscal responsibility aligned with our pay-for-performance philosophy.
Oversee the salary survey participation process.
Execute the annual salary structure development process.
Develop and deliver compensation‑related training.
Propose process improvements and recommend policy changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ compensation experience, with in‑depth knowledge of Operations and Plant Manufacturing.
Strong people management experience preferred.
In‑depth technical knowledge of compensation theories, principles, program design, and applicable laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to build relationships with cross‑functional partners.
Ability to manage cross‑functional projects and influence without direct authority.
Solutions‑oriented mindset that challenges the status quo and seeks innovation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar HR certification preferred.
Experience with Korn Ferry Hay Job Slotting strongly preferred.

Compensation
Base Salary: $118,400.00 – $148,000.00 Eligible for performance‑based bonus as per plan terms.
