JOB DESCRIPTION The Opportunity Delaware North is hiring a Vice President, Corporate Development to join our team. As the Vice President of Corporate Development, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive range of corporate development efforts. Our preferred location for this role is in our Las Vegas, NV office, and we are willing to consider candidates at our global headquarters in Buffalo, NY as well.

Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary : $168700 - $239100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

Assist in strategizing and targeting inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions and investments

Oversee research and analysis of acquisition and investment opportunities within the hospitality, food and beverage, sports, lodging, and casino industries

Manage the M&A deal process by partnering with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring effective communication

Oversee the development and presentation of analysis for acquisition and investment opportunities, including financial and business due diligence

Manage and guide team members in executing the company's inorganic growth strategy, while fostering internal relationships and influencing capital resource allocation

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate development (M&A), investment banking, private equity, or a similar field. Experience with the casino / gaming industry is highly preferred.

Knowledge of complex business models across various industries; gaming and lodging preferred

Extensive experience with financial modeling and analysis, including an understanding of various investment and transaction structures

Comfort executing a plan with limited direction

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with an ability to leverage resources across a diverse organization
